Moby- Overview

Moby is a tool to help you accomplish 2 essential tasks: Market your properties and build your list of leads.  With Moby (Mobile) Marketing you are able to send voice and text messages to all of your leads that have opted in. 

Moby can be used 2 different ways:

1. Setup 'Campaigns' to generate any type of lead using Keywords.  You can setup campaigns for Sellers, Buyers, Agents, Contractors, Investors, etc.  Each Moby Campaign you create will have different keywords that a lead can text to your Moby number.  That lead will deposit into your account and be linked to the campaign they text in about. 

Once they have opted in via the keyword you are now able to send them additional text and voice messages.  This is great when you have a wholesale property and you want to text your Buyers list for example.

2. Moby can also be used to market/sell your properties.  Once you have a property for sale you can utilize Moby to market it.  Each property will have its own 4 digit pin number.  A lead can text that 4 digit pin number to your Moby number to receive additional information about the property.  

Once they text in the pin number that lead will be deposited into your account and linked to the property they acquired about.  So not only is this marketing your property but also helping build your buyers list.

The main thing that Moby does with either method is capture the leads mobile number and deposit it as a new lead into your account!!

**Moby is 100%opt in.  Only opt ins can receive SMS text and Voice Messages.

**Contacts are able to opt in to Moby by the options below:

1. Websites

2. Calling your Moby number 

3. Texting your Moby number about a specific property by entering a 4 digit pin #

4. Texting a keyword from a Mobile Campaign

** Once a lead opts into Moby they are now able to receive future SMS and Voice messages.
